The article presents presents a translation from the English language Protopresbyter Georgios D. Metallinos (1940–2019), Professor Emeritus of Athens University’s report at the international conference organized by Piraeus archdiocese in Greece in 2012 and entitled as «Patristic theology and post-patrisctic heresy». The contribution of Protopresbyter Georgios D. Metallinos is aimed to reconsider on the saint Fathers’ basis modern popular theological tendencies in Greek theology, especially so called «post-patristic» theology. The Protopresbyter Georgios D. Metallinos’s paper offers the analysis of several instances from the named «post-patristic» theology from the patristiс Church Tradition point of view
