Abstract

The second part of the article is devoted to the experience of interpreting canonical norms in contemporary church life, in particular the judicial application of the 25th Apostolic Rule. Examples of the law enforcement practice of diocesan courts of the Russian Orthodox Church and its significance for the further development of canonical science and judicial procedure are given.
